What is Loki Checkout?
Loki Checkout is a modern replacement for Magento's default checkout. It provides a very fast, more flexible, and more maintainable checkout experience while remaining compatible with Magento's service contracts and APIs. It focuses on accessibility, performance, security and extensibility.
Which Magento versions are supported?
Loki Checkout is designed for Magento Open Source, Mage-OS and Adobe Commerce. Supported versions depend on the specific Loki Checkout release. In practice, new Magento versions are supported within days of their release. Always verify compatibility before installing.
Is Loki Checkout compatible with Hyvä?
Yes. Loki Checkout is built for the Hyvä ecosystem and integrates with Hyvä Themes without issues. The base technology of the Loki Checkout is based upon Alpine.js and TailwindCSS and thus, makes it easy for Hyvä-oriented developers to get started. Note that Hyvä Checkout and Loki Checkout are competing products and do not offer compatibility with each other.
Does Loki Checkout require Hyvä Theme?
No. Loki Checkout is intended for stores using Hyvä Theme, yet it can also be used for Luma-based and Breeze-based shops.
Can I customize the checkout?

Who created the Loki Checkout?

However, Ruud van Zuidam (founder of Siteation, extension developer) is part of the same team, as are some other developers whose name are not disclosed. Also, the team consists of Ruben Creemers (design) and Suzan van de Peut (logistics).
Does Loki Checkout support guest checkout?
Yes. Customers can complete their purchase without creating an account, provided guest checkout is enabled in Magento.

Initial page loads are fast. On top of it, AJAX updates are optimized to deliver responses with just a single HTTP request. Advanced performance options include lazy loading, lazy updates, skipping the queue and throttling.
Does Loki Checkout support one-step checkout?

Can I add custom checkout fields?

I want to get one of the premium modules, but want to opt for the standard plan
Unfortunately, we really only offer the premium modules under either the professional or the enterprise plan.
Why are some modules offered excluding support?
Developing an integration (a shipping solution, a payment solution or some other remote API) costs a lot of time. With our first-party approach, we are happy to have done the large portion of the initial work already. However, there can be specific caveats in certain situations, or specific bugs that come to rise. Usually, these additional hours are billed by the hour by the agency, or they are invested by the PSP (because they earn their money anyway with commissions). The fixed price of the LokiCheckout is only possibly, if we excluded these unexpected costs, just like PSPs, agencies and other partners do.
Can we phone you for support?
Only the enterprise plan includes support via phone or WhatsApp. However, we do offer the option for a custom SLA: We can discuss the reaction time you would like to rely upon, the means of contacting us, and we can craft a custom monthly SLA out of it together. We'll take away the worries.
