Getting support

Support is only provided to those paid packages that entitle you to have support.

Support is provided either by email or by GitLab issue. We do not provide Slack support (as of yet).

Access to GitLab

You will need access to GitLab to:

  • Create support tickets
  • Browse the source code if needed

To get access, head over to https://training.yireo.com/software/ to purchase a license first.

Support in the beta stage

Whatever you want to change, do understand that we are very eager to make sure that the core of Loki Checkout is as flexible as possible. However, because we are human too, it might be that you are aiming for a specific customization that we didn't for see - ranging from specific string translations to custom fields with file uploads.

As soon as you bump into customization that seems a bit of a workaround (ugly stuff), do let us know right away so we collaborate to see how we can create the best solution instead.

The more we work together, the more flexible Loki becomes.
