Filing an issue

When a problem needs to be addressed, it is best to add an Issue in the relevant Gitlab project. We are open for Merge Requests (MR) as well. If you have a more general question or a feature request, feel free to open an issue as well.

Creating an issue

Within our Gitlab instance, there is a specific loki-checkout group that holds most if not all commercial LokiCheckout modules. The group is divided into projects, with each project being both a Magento module and a Git repository. If there is a problem specific to a Magento module, it is best to create an Issue under the project of that module.

To create an issue, navigate to the project of choice, select Issues on the left and hit the button New Issue. Within the form, add a title and description. If you want you can add a label. Do not assign it to anyone and do not add a milestone. We will be on it!

In case of a problem

In case of a problem, your issue ideally describes the problem in such a way that it is easily reproducable by others. Try to outline which steps are taken to reach a certain point. If possible, record a simple video, for instance via Loom.com.

Also send a screenshot of System Check page and Module Overview page. They can be accessed via System > Yireo Loki Checkout.
